These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peako, the individual user. All Internet users who use this service, related services and functions are referred to as our users.

By visiting our website, installing and/or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the terms, understand the terms and agree to be bound by them. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms of that organization and acknowledge that you have the authority to act on behalf of that organization and to abide by these terms on that organization's behalf. If you do not agree to these terms or any provision thereof, please do not install and do not use our Privacy Services. 1.Our services

The Peako service is a temporary digital network communication service that enhances the security and privacy of Freeernet. Upon your individual request and discretion, we automatically provide an unsupervised and unmonitored data conduit - a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection - for your exclusive use, at your own risk and responsibility. You are solely responsible for your use of the Peako Services. Peako will not be responsible in any way or form for actions done by its users, including criminal and civil liability for damages performed or not performed. Peako's liability is further limited by the other provisions of these Terms.

We grant you a license to use the Peako Services, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms. Your use of the Peako Services is at your own risk. The Peako service may be modified, updated, interrupted or suspended at any time without notice or liability. We shall not be liable for any harm or other adverse consequences caused to you. Peako, its owners, employees, agents, and others participating in the Peako Services are not liable in any way or form for use of the Peako Services.

Peako allows up to six simultaneous connections per account. This includes proxy connections, each of which counts as a separate slot.

Peako guarantees 99.9% service uptime. In no event will Peako be liable for any losses, pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages other than fees paid by Customer to Peako, and this does not include attorneys' fees or court costs, notwithstanding any law or regulation otherwise provided.

Peako collects and processes very limited user data. For more information on the processing of user data, please see the Privacy Policy and User Data sections of the Terms.

2. Minors

This service is not aimed at minors, and any use by minors should be carried out under the guidance, supervision and consent of their parents or guardians. In addition, we rely on parents and guardians to ensure that minors use the Services only with an understanding of their rights and responsibilities as set forth in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

In accordance with applicable law, Peako does not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent. If we learn that we have inadvertently obtained information in violation of applicable laws prohibiting the collection of information from children without such consent, we will immediately delete it.

3. Access Denied

Peako reserves the right to modify or discontinue service at any time without prior notice. Peako may deny access to the Services without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Peako doesn't hide anything and doesn't block any ports or IPs. Your data traffic will be kept as secure as possible and no records will be stored. Peako guarantees that it never monitors or keeps logs of its user data. Peako is and will be dedicating all of its resources to protect your privacy on the Internet as much as possible.

5.Disclaimer

Reasonable efforts have been made to improve the accuracy and security of the Services, but complex software is never completely free from bugs, errors and defects. We do not warrant or represent that the Services will be free from defects, errors and errors such as downtime, data loss, data corruption, service delays, errors, outdated information or otherwise. Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, we reserve the right to change, suspend, remove or disable access to the Services or any features forming part of the Services at any time without notice. In no event shall we be liable for making these changes. As a registered user in good standing, Peako may provide you with limited services. We do not warrant and will not be liable for your use of the Services or other products or services we offer. We may also impose restrictions on the use of or access to the Services for any reason without notice or liability. From time to time our Services may be unavailable due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunications, software and other failures. We cannot predict or control when such downtime may occur, nor can we control the duration of such downtime.

We make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, functionality, availability or operation of the Services. You acknowledge that we have no control over your use of the service, and we do not guarantee the performance or results that may be obtained from your use of the service. You assume all risk and responsibility for your use of the Services and for any loss or error in any data or information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Without limiting the foregoing, we neither warrant nor represent that your use of the Services will not infringe the rights of any third party, nor that you will be able to access or use the Services, or that the Services will operate error-free Or not disturbed by lightning. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In addition, you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. We will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, failure of third party software (whether open or not).

6.Termination

In the event of termination due to violation of the provisions of this agreement, the user shall lose all rights granted to him/her. Accordingly, his/her account will be permanently terminated. If termination arises for any other reason, the user may be eligible for a refund under the terms of this agreement. In no event shall Peako be liable for any damages or expenses arising from termination or any other reason related to its services.

7.Ownership

The Peako service is owned by Peako. All visual interfaces, compilations, information, servers, products, software, graphic materials, computer source or object code, and all other elements of the Services are owned by Peako.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The current Terms of Service are subject to change at Peako's sole discretion from time to time, and you agree to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or amendments. You understand that it is your obligation to periodically review this webpage to account for any changes, as they will be binding upon consent.

9. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and without liability.

We also reserve the right to modify or update the operation of the Services at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion, without notice or liability. We may even suspend the service entirely, in which case we will notify you in advance, unless extenuating circumstances (such as safety or security concerns) prevent us from doing so.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services. The parties acknowledge that no reliance is placed on any representation made but not expressly contained in these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
